FlexPay Plans
Our Fees
We charge a small admin fee to manage FlexPay on your behalf. It’s a standard monthly charge based on the length of each of your customers’ FlexPay plans and you decide who pays (you or your customer). If you choose to pass the fee on to your customer, the service is completely free to you, with the exception of FlexPay4 as described below.
There are no hidden charges, add-ons or excess payments and your fee structure will be discussed with you as part of your tailored agreement

Full admin fee payable up-front
by your customer/s with
the first scheduled monthly payment.
FlexPay2
Admin fee payable in instalments by your customer/s alongside their scheduled, monthly payments
FlexPay3
Full admin fee payable up-front by your organisation with the first scheduled monthly payment.
FlexPay4*
Full admin fee payable up-front by your organisation for products and services provided to customers in advance.
* FlexPay4 – The admin fee for services or products already delivered must be paid up-front by you so that it does not become a credit agreement by law.

We take care of your customers, from sign-up to the final monthly instalment

Recovery is included so late payments and arrears are dealt with right away
